Did you notice the fact !?
Have you ever heard that right in the center of a storm lies its eye, the most peaceful place?
Life though returning to normal yet
not very much normal and will never be the same as before pandemic. Do you
think life is going to be perfectly the same normal?
NO is the unanimous answer.
Yet, what have we been doing to
survive in a totally new normal once the pandemic is over? An honest answer to
this question must speed up our efforts.
This is exactly the time we must prepare
for post pandemic normal. This is the time to reinvent the self on personal and
organizational level.
What had not been working efficiently
before we all were locked down ,has that been identified? New systems and SOPs
set, our people up skilled and trained?
On individual level, through many
setbacks and frustrations is the time ,to keep reinventing the self. Let us
remember, forced reinventing is happening without even our noticing it. For
example, majority of us are now up skilled enough to work through digital
mediums yet the real reinventing will happen when we decide to transform what
we always had desired but never got the time and courage.
When the life slows down, precisely then is the time to read all those books, cook all those dishes, watch all those series, try hands on all those hobbies and skills which we so desperately wanted to pursue, but could not spare time from the mundane routine of life.
Reinventing the self is important to last
through any challenge of life. Yet this is the time to consciously take notice
of it at individual, organizational and community level.
Right from the beginning of life are
we reinventing ourselves but this is the time to do it consciously, to…

living which are compatible with nature.
ü reinvent our thought
process wherein we all win or lose together as mankind.
ü reinvent our education
system so that it produces citizens who are equipped with life skills and can
handle change.
ü reinvent our family bonds
because we have understood that it is what matters at the end.
ü reinvent our leadership
styles wherein we understand leadership is all about facilitating the growth of
our people.
ü reinvent our goals to as
mankind to be able to realize the best in all of us.
ü reinvent individual goals
to realize the self without being in competition.
