Grow up with Anju Arora

Welcome to my blog Growing Up With Life. Through this blog I am reaching out to the rest of the world with an intention to share my experiences and take on various issues.

I am an educationist, educator, trainer and a Parenting Coach. I have been working in the educational domain for more than two decades in various roles and responsibilities. From an educator to the Vice Principal and then on to the Founder Principal of a leading CBSE School for 16 long years, I have been working in close connection with people and came to realize that most of the people are capable of performing better. They just need direction, hand holding, certain insights to perform to their best. I train and coach teachers, students and parents on various issues.

I also very strongly believe that education is not what happens inside a classroom. The real empowering education happens outside the four walls of classrooms when we face the challenges of life. The way we deal with the issues, the way we overcome the fear of unknown in the face of challenges and the way we gather the courage to go on despite the challenges, all are evidences of our education. To me the LIFE itself is the greatest educator  and education both.
Life is the most comprehensive of all books of the world.

I love reaching out to people, I love to see them growing. I also believe that we all earn social debt in course of our life and we must start paying it back sooner or later. My blog is a way to return back to the society in the form of insights that I have been exposed to, on the way.

I am sure my blogs will be good insights for all the stakeholders in education domain, Teachers, Students and Parents.

I would love to listen to your opinions, your take on issues.

  1. Thought provoking article showing the real condition of current education system which needs to be upgraded. We have neglected our rich heritage , our ancient system of education which was far better than today’s education system.

    1. Thank you so much Ms. Priya. Very rightly pointed out by you.

We can add to the current system of education an attitude that tells us that education is a life long journey and as long as we are ready to learn from any one, any situation formally or informally, we keep growing. Sharing our learning and experiences with others is also a form of learning, that is why it is important that the like minded people must sit together to share and learn.

Hoping to have meaningful interaction with you on all my posts.
